The Kingdom of Elen is comprised of six dukedoms, each named for their most prominent city. The capital of Elen is the city of Charlemagne, which is housed within the Dukedom of Agincourt. Charlemagne provides an organized military and a highway system crossing the kingdom. In exchange, they are provided with taxes, soldiers, food, and other neccesities. Excluding the city-state of Charlemagne (55,000), Chardsheim is the most populous region, with roughly 22,000 residents. The least populous is Stormfront, with about 11000 residents. In totality, the Kingdom of Elen has roughly 145,000 residents.
