Armor (broken breastplate, artifact (requires attunement)
This shattered breastplate is said to have been worn by the suitor-son of Tehom, the Chasm, The Deep. This general serving under the progenator of divine evil was known as Qingu. Upon his death at the hands of Marduk, his blood was mixed with the dust of Xioria and molded by Marduk into the first humans. It was in the charge of this primordial couple that the Tablets of Fate were left. They have guarded it ardently since their commission. Though it occasionally is removed, the armor of Qingu is invariable returned to it's cavern beneath the Leucian ocean.
Ferocity of the General:
Your weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of a 19 or 20 while wearing this armor.
Guardian of Fate:
Any critical hit against you while wearing this armor becomes a normal hit.
Sentinel of Fate:
As a reaction when an ally that you can see within 60 feet of you suffers a critical hit, you can turn that attack into a normal hit. Any effects triggered by a critical hit are canceled.
Master of Fate:
Daily at dawn, roll 5d20 and record the numbers rolled. You may impress the will of fate upon a creature you can see, causing them to replace the d20 of one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw with one of the numbers rolled. You may do so only once per turn.
These tablets, though clearly once part of a breastplate, have been shattered. They may be wielded using two hands as a spellcasting focus or reforged into any Light, Medium, or Heavy armor. This is an arduous process determined by the DM.
