This green and gold brooch is made of residuum and warapped in a blue veil. It features eight gemstones encircling a central gold coin. 

As an action you can crush any of the gemstones, or touch the gold coin. doing each will cast the spell Dream of the Blue Veil on you, targetting the location associated with each. The Gold Coin is associated with Belseria, on Xioria. The Gold Coin is permanent. The gems can be used only once. Transporting directly into or out of Xioria is incredibly dangerous, due to the rips in the weave surrounding that planet. Teleporting into or out of the inner planes surrounding Xioria is slightly less dangerous. Transporting into or out of the outer planes surrounding Xioria returns to background levels of danger.
