Cloak of the Gloomstalker

This dark furred cloak seems to emanate flecks of shadowy dust, which cling to the wearer and shrivel in bright light. While wearing this thick cloak, made from the skin of a Gloomstalker, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made in dim light or darkness. Additionally, as a bonus action, you can enter into the tendrils of darkness that drift from the fur and instantly teleport to an empty space of darkness within 60 feet. Once this property of the cloak is used, it cannot be used again until the next dusk.
